This project will raise the self esteem, confidence and life skills of vulnerable isolated young people whose support structures have been eroded through changing family structures. This project will provide a befriending service to young people aged 5 to 16 years of age. The project will run for 5 years and will reach 70 young people, 70 families and offer volunteer opportunities to 70 adults. The project will fund the salaries, training, equipment, administration and volunteer costs.
