This project provides support and advice to young people moving from care, supervision or troubled home lives in the Moray area in their transition to independence. The project will provide advocacy, mentoring, advice, guidance and emotional support to 275 young people over four years helping them to develop and implement personal plans to achieve their own goals for independent living, focusing on employment, training and accommodation.This four year grant will fully fund staff salaries.
