This project, based in Wolverhampton, provides a pathway of support for disabled people and people with health problems. Many will be newly disabled as a result of an accident, injury or health problem such as stroke and will be unable to return to previous employment. This project aims to provide a package of support tailored to the individual to help in re-building confidence following disability and providing training and options for future employment.
