This project works with people aged 18-65 years old with severe and enduring mental health problems who are unemployed or on long-term sick leave. This project provides an essential stepping-stone in helping people back to good health and employment. The project will offer a range of activities to develop beneficiary's skills, increase confidence, improve skills to manage their illness, improve physical and mental health and encourage participation within the community.
