This project aims to reduce substance misuse in secondary school aged people in Moray. The project will provide support and counselling to young people in their local area. The 5 year project will reach 500 young people with substance misuse issues or who are affected by another's substance misuse. As well as training project staff and volunteers in youth counselling, it will train 500 staff in partner and youth organisations in behaviour-changing techniques. This grant will partially fund salaries.
