This new project aims to provide a voice for the black voluntary and community sector (BVCS) in the region, enabling inclusion and participation in social, political and economic processes. It will support the development of capacity building, strategic training and support services in order to strengthen the BVCS and socially excluded communities with particular attention to rural areas.
