Youth Engagement Action Research on Decision-Making processes in West Midla (360G-tnlcomfund-0030136872)

Young people are often one of the key priorities for regeneration and social inclusion programmes, however they are often excluded from engaging in the programmes in a meaningful way. Recent studies have found the need to find better ways to engage with young people in community decision-making. In the West Midlands, programmes such as the Birmingham Community Empowerment Network involving Young People's strategy, is seeking to increase the involvement of this priority group in community networks.
