Age Concern has been running an information, advice and advocacy project for people over 65 across Northamptonshire for the last three years with the help of an earlier Big Lottery Fund award. A continuing and growing demand for this service has meant that they needed to expand the service. As it is difficult for older people to find out about and access services, especially in rural areas, Age Concern provide a home visiting service.
