Establishment of Befriending Network (360G-tnlcomfund-0030137384)

This project will provide a befriending service to young people with disabilities in rural Galloway. A range of structured and supervised environmental activities will be offered to the young people, enabling them to mix with their peers and to gain new skills, whilst at the same time building confidence and gaining experience of team working. The grant will part fund the salaries of 2 part time Development Workers as well as training and travel expenses.
