The project will allow the development of the Bufferfly Trust's volunteer base, in turn allowing the organisation to diversify and increase its services. Volunteers will provide a range fo face to face support including advice on benefits and housing and counselling for Cystic Fibrosis sufferers and their families. The grant will part-fund salary costs for a Volunteer Co-ordinator and an Administrator and will also finance training costs.
