Age Concern Leicester seeks to maintain and improve quality of life for older people in the City of Leicester. Current services include day care, community mental health services, lunch clubs, welfare rights and a library for older people. _x000B__x000B_This project will extend the organisation's existing welfare rights work, providing resources to specifically target black and minority ethnic communities and those with long term illness or disability.
