This project is to provide 56 of Dundee's elderly BME community with informal classes in English, IT and yoga to facilitate access to mainstream services, reduce isolation and improve psychological and physical wellbeing. 8 lectures on health education will also be provided to the wider BME community in Dundee including foot care; hygiene; diabetes; heart disease; dental care; safety at home; and resuscitation.
