This project aims to improve access to services, reduce social isolation and increase cofidence and self-esteem for 450 'Hidden Carers' in the North West area of Edinburgh. It will work with local secondary schools, youth groups, GP surgeries, and Community Health centres, to identify hidden carers and offer support, advice, and information to enable carers to access services, training, peer support, and engage in community activities.
