This project will provide support to prisoners, women in rehabilitation having suffered domestic violence, people in drug and alcohol rehabilitation and disadvantaged young people through a combination of yoga, meditation, acupuncture and other holistic therapies. It aims to enable beneficiaries to lead more fulfilling lives in terms of their physical health, emotional strength, self-responsibility and empowerment.
