The project supports older people in Kensington & Chelsea to establish and maintain a volunteer programme to help older volunteers and the local community. Focussing on older refugees, older people with learning disabilities, older carers and older people from BME communities, the intention is to develop older people's potential to benefit others in the community, as well as enabling older people to live independently.
