A Community Survey was carried out in April 2004. This highlighted the need for a modern and efficient kitchen which could be used for the preparation of food. In order to comply with the food and hygiene regulations the group require two sinks, to include a hand wash basin in the kitchen. Provision of these will enable their elderly residents to prepare a hot meal.
