A Motivational Training Programme Aimed at Unemployed & Disadvantaged Peopl (360G-tnlcomfund-0030141518)

This project is to fund training in motivational techniques for 144 people suffering serious disadvantage with low self esteem and confidence issues to empower and develop their awareness and skills to approach life areas that require to be addressed. Through solution focused therapy, the beneficiaries will develop an understanding of their own motivation and be given the necessary tools to facilitate positive changes in their life, with the focus on accessing training and employment.
