This project aims to reduce the social isolation and improve the quality of life, self -esteem and confidence of disabled people, their carers and families. It will directly benefit 525 people in the Craigmillar area of Edinburgh by providing financial, benefit and debt management advise, motivational and job skills courses and supporting disabled/disadvantaged people to access services, community activities and forums.
