This project seeks to help 25 young adults with learning difficulties identify and achieve future goals and aspirations. This will be achieved by providing specialised consultancy on creating and developing a circle of support around the young people. The consultancy will be delivered to family members, friends and peer mentors who will assist the young person through what can be a difficult and confusing time.
