This project aims to address the principle problems older people in Camden face, such as loneliness, poor health, disempowerment and loss of services. This will be achieved through bringing older people together, not just socially but also to address other problems (lack of exercise, mental stimulation, and good diet). The Ageactivity programme is designed to create group activities and peer to peer services that target each of the four needs.
