This project, by Avenues East in Suffolk, will use the funding to support disabled young people to access employment through training and volunteering and work experience opportunities. Training will empower disabled young people to gain transferable skills and increase their confidence. Sessions will include; money handling, customer service and time keeping. An earlier pilot generated a number of referral requests and this funding will allow the project to run full-time and meet local need.
