Bumps and Beyond (360G-tnlcomfund-0031006712)

The group will be able to deliver their ‘Bumps and Beyond’ project, providing support and guidance for vulnerable families from pre-birth until the baby is 12 months old. Each family will be allocated a volunteer who will spend 2 to 3 hours per week visiting parents at home to offer informal and confidential support. Parents will also attend two groups who will meet every week.
