This funding will be used to test the development of a national programme, with regional networks designed to grow and replicate existing care innovations for older people. Each network will have a different focus and will bring together older people, the community, social innovations, commissioners and other partners. The group plans to initially set up networks in the South West and Manchester, before rolling out the programme wider. The development grant is for location mapping partnership development.
