Reducing isolation by providing access to services (360G-tnlcomfund-0031025160)

The aim of this project is to provide access to vital services for isplated older people via a door-to-door transport scheme using minibuses and cars driven by volunteers. The project will expand the organisation’s capacity to support beneficiaries by extending the service offered in the Ribble Valley and start operating in Hyndburn. The car service will be offered at all times with a community bus scheme offered three days per week.
