The funding will be used to develop this project to improve the health and wellbeing of people with disabilities, including those with mental health needs, physical disabilities and long-term health conditions. Regular drop-ins and workshops will continue to be held and peer support groups. Participants are encouraged to volunteer to help run the activities and will be involved in a new gardening project being set up that will grow produce to be donated to a local community kitchen.
