The funding will be used to develop a social impact bond to reduce undiagnosed and late diagnoses of HIV amongst men who have sex with men and black African heterosexuals. This will increase testing and improve health outcomes, as well as reducing costs of healthcare and preventing potential transmissions. It will be commissioned by Lambeth HIV Prevention and Sexual Health Commissioning Team. The grant will fund needs assessment, planning, modelling, stakeholder engagement and other support.
