The funding will be used to continue to support unemployed families in Swale to build their confidence, skills and independence to help them move into education, employment and training and improve family life. A range of courses and qualifications will be on offer including food hygiene, confidence building and supporting children's learning. Staff will support people to develop a plan focusing on the goals they want to achieve, their strengths and how to overcome barriers they face.
