A project to support people with learning disabilities who are in crisis, at risk of crisis or homelessness. The scheme will provide help with accommodation, food and clothing and access to advice and advocacy including budgeting, handling money, paying bills, travel, and organising medical appointments. The project aims to support beneficiaries to develop the skills, confidence and ability to find their voice, access mainstream services, and build the resilience to take back control of their lives.
