Transitions to Learning and Work Programme (360G-tnlcomfund-0031032738)

This programme will support vulnerable young people aged 15 to 19 to develop skills to progress towards accessing employment, training and further education. It will work with 120 young people, who are identified as being looked after, from the North East area of Glasgow or who have been disengaged or been excluded, or are at risk of exclusion, from education and those at risk of early entry into the criminal justice system.
