They will deliver an education and life skills programme to improve wellbeing and ease the challenges for ex-servicemen and women as they make the transition into civilian life, including post-traumatic stress syndrome, anger, depression and anxiety. This will be done through a mix of classroom-based activities and exercises with horses, helping people better manage their behaviour and personal relationships, and improve their future employment opportunities.
