Young women aged 16-25 years who are survivors of DV, experiencing difficulties through homelessness and family breakdowns and who would otherwise turn to gangs for support will be matched with older women who will act as their mentors. Young women will be empowered to unlock their own potential through a comprehensive support network that will cover their individual academic, social and emotional needs and development.
