The funding will be used to develop a program that provides flexibile and personalised employment support services that are designed specifically to help Essex carers. The goal of the project is to enable carers to overcome individual barriers and move into volunteering, education, training or employment with the grant to be used for consultations, publicity of development work, staff costs, and advice relating to employment law, HR and legalities.
