The organisation will use the funding to continue to deliver its contact centre service which enables children to maintain contact with its non-resident parent in a safe and supportive environment when the parents are unable to agree such arrangements between themselves because of hostility following family breakdown. This will improve the life chances of the children by enabling them to develop positive relationships with absent parents, reduce anxiety and increase their confidence to engage in education.
