Horn of Africa Health and Wellbeing Project (360G-tnlcomfund-0031036692)

This project will support vulnerable adults from African minority groups, helping improve life chances and reduce homelessness through addressing multiple issues people face. As well as access to facilities like showering, laundry and medical specialists at the group’s Broadway Centre, information will be available on health and social services, with referrals to more intensive services. There will be workshops on topics like mental and physical health, and peer support to meet others with lived experience.
