The aim of the project is to improve wellbeing, social inclusion and progression prospects by working alongside young people aged 16-25 who have faced homelessness and who now live in the organisation's accommodation services. The project will first develop positive relationships with young people, mentor them to explore life outside of their supported accommodation, and get them involved in volunteering.
