Slough Older Persons Lunch Club & Opportunity Centre (360G-tnlcomfund-0031041036)

With an increase of older people living in Slough and suffering from loneliness and various health issues, the project will seek to achieve four main objectives. Social activities to ensure older people do not become isolated at home. Physical activities to remain active. Provide mental stimulation contributing to health and engagement. Lastly, ensuring all older people have access to a freshly prepared hot meal. Activities will include exercise classes with trained instructors and reminiscence sessions.
