Support at Home (360G-tnlcomfund-0031041628)

£167,067

This project is based on an existing volunteer support worker service which has been offered to bereaved families since 2011, matching trained volunteers to families offering practical, social and emotional support. The project will expand and develop current work by being able to support families and patients throughout end of life care with a home-based support programme. Volunteers will be trained to act as an extra support network, providing emotional support to help carers.
