This group will use the funding to support unpaid carers aged 16 - 25 with their transition into adulthood. Through continued employment of a Young Adult Carers Officer a one stop shop approach will provide a tailored emotional and practical support package. Activities will be aimed at increase the adult young carers’ chances of progressing into further education/employment/training and will help them develop a more positive outlook for their future.
