Developing Community Singing Groups to support Older People living wit (360G-tnlcomfund-0031044641)

This is a project by a group based in Folkestone serving people in Middlesbrough and Welshpool. The organisation will use the funding to create new participatory singing groups in care homes and community centres in new areas of the country. This will enable the organisation to better tackle issues such as isolation and loneliness amongst older people.
