This funding will be used to continue the church’s successful three-hours-a-day, five-days-a-week drop-in service open to anyone who needs it. It offers food and drink – tea, coffee, biscuits, soup and lunches – between 12pm and 3pm. Havilah operates from Community Spirit, the community outreach venture of St Andrew’s close to the church premises in Arbroath. The church will help those suffering from isolation and challenging life circumstances.
