Services for children with familial hypercholesterolaemia (FH) (360G-tnlcomfund-0031047876)

This is a project by a charity based in Berkshire, benefiting people across the UK. They will use the funding to produce a range of new materials, including a booklet and factsheets, providing information and advice for young people, aged 10-18, who are living with Familial Hypercholesterolemia. This will help young people to understand more about their condition and empower them with the knowledge they need to adopt a healthy lifestyle, with the aim of reducing their risk of a heart attack.
