This project aims to promote health and wellbeing for disadvantaged Black Asian Minority Ethnic communities living in deprived areas in the London Borough of Enfield through a range of activities aiming to support prevention and early intervention. Activities will be delivered by a health coach, a health education worker and volunteers. A health centre will be established to provide services to meet the group’s health needs including advice, outreach, signposting, referrals service and free publications.
