This associations ‘Volunteering and Befriending’ programme will continue and expand their existing activities and befriending work to reducing isolation and loneliness amongst older people. A variety of activities are delivered in Caledonia Housing Association properties such as IT work, knitting groups or lunch clubs. Presently there are 23 separate groups involved across Dundee and Fife, the expanded delivery will create groups in Perth and Kinross, and Angus.
