The will ensure all impairment groups are effectively included, especially those that are traditionally under-represented. This will give people the opportunity to be in the lead of their lives and communities and can influence key stakeholders to create the environment they need to access livelihood opportunities, increase their incomes and ultimately improve their health, social and economic outcomes.
