This group will refurbish and upgrade the community owned Speakers Club building in Maybole making it a sustainable centre that will provide opportunities for older people, young people and families. Working with a range of partners CCLG will deliver a diverse range of community and commercial activities to benefit all sections of the community. This one year refurbishment proposal will create office spaces, a café, a number community spaces, a catering kitchen and a gift shop/visitor information space.
