This group keep elderly people connected to each other, to services and to the community. This project will continue to develop the group's range of befriending activities and support requests, designed and often delivered by the clients themselves. Aimed at overcoming age related difficulties that exacerbate or cause loneliness, loss and isolation the groups activities are focused on delivering a peer based befriending model.
