This project will improve the health, education and personal development of children and young people who are living in areas of high deprivation in Birmingham or who are not in education, employment or training. A programme of physical activities will be delivered, including non-contact boxing, circuit training and dance that is designed to improve mental and physical health. There will also be a series of workshops covering topics such as healthy eating, substance misuse, alcohol and smoking.
