The organisation will train trustees, staff and volunteers to deliver accredited basic interpersonal skills workshops, with the opportunity to progress on to accredited Level 2 in topics including customer service, youth work and childcare. Courses will be for White British and Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority members of the community and will aim of address the issue of unemployment at the earliest possible stage.
