This project will provide practical and emotional support to vulnerable young people aged 15-21 from Bolton who are not accessing education or training and are either homeless, currently in care or are leaving care. It will build on the learning gained from two strands of existing work to prevent homelessness, address the financial, social and health inequalities people experience and improve their life chances.
