This group will use the funding to continue to deliver a personal development and citizenship transitions programme in its community café (The Usual Place) for young people with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder and additional support needs. These will be young people who need the most time and support to overcome their challenging circumstances. The young people will benefit from by increasing their social connections and confidence.
